Our story

Bluff City Turning started in 2018 as a part time business by Matthew Davis. The business got its start after Matthew complete and art fellowship with the TN Arts Council. I love taking reclaimed wood that is sourced around Memphis into vases, platters, and bowls. Since its creation, Bluff City Turning has been been a regular at the Downtown Farmers Market and local festivals such as Crafts and Drafts and Broad Avenue Arts Walk. In 2020 Bluff City Turning welcomed their newest member of the team, Zeke.

Since its creation, our offerings now include laser engraving, Montessori style toys, cutting boards, kitchen tools, and pens.

At Bluff City Turning, we’re always looking for to expand what we offer. Got a need or idea?
